We have a 100% return policy.  Reach out and we will solve any issue you have. Remember, we are here to support you! If you have opened your product, and don’t feel like it's just right for you, we will not need you to send it back. Call us to discuss what you might prefer. We will send you a new product, keep the old one, you just pay for shipping. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will replace it a no cost and cover shipping, we just need you to send us a photo of the damage so we can make a claim with the postal service.
